My invoice appears higher than normal?

Exceeding your monthly allowance is one of the most common reasons for a higher than normal invoice.

Here's a few other reasons why your invoices maybe higher than expected:

  • You may have used data whilst roaming
  • You may have contacted a premium rate service
  • You may have ordered additional services
