SIM card is not working

If you are experiencing issues with connectivity using one of our SIM cards, we suggest that you try the following initial steps:

  1. Check that the device is correctly powered on
  2. Check that the APN credentials are correct
  3. Check recent data usage
  4. Check the status of the SIM via Emport
  5. Reboot the device*

*Please note we understand that due to the nature of some devices a reboot may not be available.
