If you are experiencing issues with connectivity using one of our SIM cards, we suggest that you try the following initial steps:
- Check that the device is correctly powered on
- Check that the APN credentials are correct
- Check recent data usage
- Check the status of the SIM via Emport
- Reboot the device*
