To access your Customer Portal you will need to have login credentials. Most likely this would have been created for you as part of your on-boarding to Arkessa.
If this was not provided, most likely you would have already emailed us in the past. If this is correct we already have your email address in our system so all that is left is to created a password.
How to get your Password?
- On our Help Centre, click 'Sign in'
- Select 'Have you emailed us? Get a password'
- Type in your Email Address
- Click 'Submit'
You'll receive an automatic email requesting you to setup a new password. Once complete you'll have access to your Customer Portal.
It's important to know that your Customer Portal credentials are different from your Emport credentials.
