If you are a customer, a verification E-Mail has been sent to your E-Mail Address.
Once you have verified your account, all that is left is to create a password.
How to get your Password?
- On our Help Centre, click 'Sign in'
- Select 'Have you emailed us? Get a password'
- Type in your Email Address
- Click 'Submit'
You'll receive an automatic email requesting you to setup a new password. Once complete you'll have access to your Customer Portal.
It's important to know that your Customer Portal credentials are different from your Emport credentials.
