Once an agreement is in place and we have completed the on-boarding of you onto our systems, it's time for you to place your first order with us.
All order requests are submitted to the Arkessa Customer Services Team.
Our Orders and Provisioning Form is used to capture all of the information we need to process your order (you'll find a link to download the file below).
Once complete, either Submit a Request or email email@example.com.
The Arkessa Customer Services Team will acknowledge your order request as well as replying back to you with a unique ticket number and an estimation time for completion.
We'll keep you updated throughout the process and will confirm once your order has been completed and is on it's way to you.
