The Help Centre is designed to provide our customers with self-serve functionality from searching for useful articles through to updating a ticket.
There are a few components to the Help Centre:
Knowledge Base - a collection of helpful articles that is aimed at answering customers' most popular questions.
Customer Service Portal - customer can securely log in to track, update and manage their own or their organisations tickets.
Live Chat - talk to one of the Arkessa Customer Services Team about one of your tickets. Our Live Chat automatically translates your text into English, allowing you to communicate with us in your native language.
Mobile - the Arkessa Help Centre is optimised for mobile devices, so customers have full access to answers and updates no matter what device you are on.
