What information should I provide when raising a billing ticket?


Timely resolution is dependent on the completeness and accuracy of information supplied at the time the query is reported.  When raising a billing incident please include as much information and detail as possible.

When reporting a billing incident, the minimum information that should be supplied is listed below:

  • Full description of the billing incident
  • Invoice Number
  • Example SIM Number (ICCID), Mobile Number (MSISDN) involved
  • Historical information of the incident, if applicable.

Please ensure that basic investigation have been undertaken.
