How to create a Managed Account

Emport allows you to create a Managed Account for each of your customers.  If required, it also allows you to create a Managed Account for each customer of your customers, and so on.

Please note that only users of type Admin can create Managed Accounts.

  • Click ‘Managed Accounts’
  • On the left of the page, click the Managed Account for which you wish to want to create a sub-account.

  • Move the cursor over the account name and click the ‘+’ sign next to it. A new customer appears below the selected customer.

  • Enter the name of the new customer. The new customer is created.

In order for the new customer to be able to manage their own SIM estate you will need to create at least one Admin user for them.  See How to create a login.
