I've forgotten my Customer Portal password


If you have forgotten your Customer Portal password you can follow the below steps to reset:

  1. Click 'Sign In' from the Help Centre
  2. Select 'Forgot my password'
  3. Enter the email address

An email will be automatically sent to your inbox with instructions to create a new password.
