Updating an incident ticket

When an incident is raised to Arkessa for investigation you will receive the following:

  • An email acknowledgement
  • A ticket number e.g. #12345

You will receive an email each time an update is provided on the ticket.  The email will also list those whom are listed as Cc's on the ticket.

To update the ticket with further information you should reply back to the update email to continue the trail.  This ensures that all of the comments are linked to the ticket for your records.
