How to assign SIMs to another account


If a customer has sold SIMs to another customer in Emport, you can assign those SIMs to the new customer.

Note that only users of type Admin can assign SIMs to another account.

  • In the List click on the SIMs you wish to assign. To select multiple contiguous SIMs, click on the first SIM, hold the Shift key down and the click on the last SIM. To select multiple separate SIMs, click on the first SIM, hold the Control key down and then click on the other SIMs.
  • Right Click
  • Under 'Assign to Account’ select the customer to which you wish to assign the SIMs

  • A confirmation message is displayed

  • Click ‘OK’. The SIMs are then assigned.

Note that comments currently associated with the selected SIMs will be visible to the new users of the SIMs.
