Please be advised that O2 engineers have cancelled this planned works and moved it to the 17th June 2025.
All corporate customer APNs are built on two back-end nodes within O2s network - end devices initiate data sessions via one of these two back-end nodes.
One back-end node will be totally unaffected by this planned work and any data sessions initiated via this back-end node will remain in place.
The migration window is:
Start Time: 11/06/2025 10:00
End Time: 12/06/2025 02:00
If devices have initiated data sessions via the back-end node that is being upgraded their data sessions will be terminated and the devices will have to re-initiate new data sessions via the back-end node that is not impacted by this planned work.
In most cases, devices will automatically reconnect or attempt to establish a new session.
However, depending on individual device configurations or software, some devices may require a manual restart.
APNs impacted by this maintenance are detailed below:
arkessa.com
newcastle.uk.g4s.com
tesco.4g.verizon.com (after midnight)
The maintenance will take place during the times specified in BST(British Summer Time)
