We would like to inform you that O2 engineers will be conducting an essential work on the mentioned dates.
With the arrival of two new network services, it is necessary to make changes to the Radius BAM front ends. The work consists of loading new software and restarting each front end with a service outage of less than 5 minutes, during which time the redundant front end will continue to attend Radius requests.
We anticipated any service interruption will commence at 23:00 (BST).
A roll-back procedure is planned in case of an issues during the execution of the scheduled work.
