How do I assign SIMs to another account?


If a customer has sold SIMs to another customer in Emport, you can assign those SIMs to the new customer.

Note that only users of type Admin can assign SIMs to another account.

  • In the SIM List click the tick box on the SIMs you wish to assign. To select multiple contiguous SIMs, click the tick box on the first SIM, hold the Shift key down and then click the tick box on the last SIM.

  • On the Actions menu, select 'Move to Account'

  • Start typing the name of the destination account, then choose the account name.  Click Apply.

  • A confirmation message is displayed

Note that Notes currently associated with the selected SIMs will be visible to the new users of the SIMs.
