Correct APN details are required for the device to successfully authenticate and start a data connection. The APN details can be found in Emport, in the email we sent when completing your order, and in the attachment too.
If you find the SIM in Emport you will see the details in the "APN" column.
If you do not have access to Emport or the order completion email, please contact the Arkessa Customer Services Team who will be able to provide the correct details.
