How do I edit the User Details of another user?


Note that only users of type Admin can edit the user details of another user.  If you do not have this role then please ask an Admin user within your organisation to do this.

  • Click ‘Managed Accounts’
  • On the left of the page, click the Managed Account for which you want to edit the user details
  • Click the ‘Edit’ link next to the user you wish to edit. The user details are displayed.
  • Make the changes you require and click ‘OK’



Note: If you change the email address then an email is sent to the new address and the user is shown as pending verification. The change is only applied when the user clicks the confirmation link in the email.
