To receive all notification emails for each individual SIM in your estate you can tick the relevant box in the My Profile page. Any SIM in your estate that has a Cap or Alert set and whose usage exceeds the set level will cause an email to be sent to the email address associated with your user account.
In addition, direct customers can receive notification emails for all Tariff Groups in their SIM estate. Any Aggregated Group of SIMs or SIM Bundles in your estate that have an Alert set and whose usage exceeds the set level will cause an email to be sent to the email address associated with your user account and, if you choose, will appear in the portal notifications page.
