All incidents submitted to Arkessa are responded to on a best effort basis.  You'll be regularly updated, during Arkessa business hours, with the status of the incident.

If you believe that you have a major outage please contact Arkessa immediately by sending an email to support@arkessa.com and by calling +44 1279 799270.

As part of your on-boarding to Arkessa you will have received a list of Escalation contacts which you should follow when raising an urgent incident for investigation.

We'll do our best to help resolve your incident as quickly as possible.
