Emport is a web-based application that works directly in your chosen Internet browser. There is no requirement to download or install any software to your computer. If you experience an issue, you can try one or more of the following:
- Check you are using a supported browser. See What are the system requirements? for a list.
- Ensure your browser version is up-to-date. See the following for how to check this and how to update:

- WebSockets are also required for the portal to work correctly. To test if your browser works with WebSockets, just click on http://websocketstest.com. If you see a green tick by "WebSockets supported" then WebSockets are working correctly for you.
