To start placing an order take the following steps:

1. Log in to Emport and click the 'Orders' button at the top of the screen
2. Click the 'Submit a Request' button in the top-right corner of the screen and select 'Order Fulfillment' from the drop-down menu.
3. Complete the required sections for the type of order being submitted
