In order to submit a SIM Activation request, please take the following steps:
- Browse to https://support.arkessa.com/ and sign in
- Click 'Submit a request' in the top-right hand corner
- Select 'Order Fulfilment' from the drop-down list
- Select 'SIM Activation' from the 'Order Type' drop-down list
- Enter a ticket subject. Enter the Mobile Network Operator of the SIMs you require
- Provide the SIM numbers (ICCIDs) of the inactive SIMs you want to activate. If you have multiple SMs, you may find it easier to provide the details in an attachment, which you can upload at the bottom of the page
- Provide the product code/tariff code you wish to activate the SIMs against
- Select if you require data alerts or caps. If required, please then enter the data value, unit value and any email addresses you wish to receive the notifications
- If you require public IPs, ticket the "Public IP Required?" box
- Click the tick box to confirm you have provided all required information, provide any additional notes should you wish (not required) and click 'Submit'.
