In order to submit a New SIM Order Active request, please take the following steps:
- Browse to https://support.arkessa.com/ and sign in
- Click 'Submit a request' in the top-right hand corner
- Select 'Order Fulfilment' from the drop-down list
- Select 'New SIM Order Active' from the 'Order Type' drop-down list
- Enter a ticket subject. Enter the Mobile Network Operator of the SIMs you require
- Enter the quantity required
- Provide the product code/tariff code you wish to activate the SIMs against
- Select if you require data alerts or caps. If required, please then enter the data value, unit value and any email addresses you wish to receive the notifications
- If you require public IPs, ticket the "Public IP Required?" box
- Select the Postage Type required. Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded is standard. Anything above this may incur additional charges and then enter the delivery address
- Multiple request? - If you are submitting multiple requests for delivery and want the packages to be sent in one parcel to minimize delivery costs, select either "first of multiple" or "part of multiple". If you do not want to ship orders together, or are only submitting one delivery request, select "No"
- Click the tick box to confirm you have provided all required information, provide any additional notes should you wish (not required) and click 'Submit'.
