In order to submit a SIM Replacement request, please take the following steps:
- Browse to https://support.arkessa.com/ and sign in
- Click 'Submit a request' in the top-right hand corner
- Select 'Order Fulfilment' from the drop-down list
- Select 'SIM Replacement' from the 'Order Type' drop-down list
- Enter a ticket subject. Enter the Mobile Network Operator of the SIMs you require
- Enter the details of the 'old' SIMs that are being replaced. If you are using your own inactive stock as the 'new' SIMs, please enter the ICCIDs here too.
- If we are dispatching new SIMs, please provide a delivery address. If you are using your own SIM stock, please leave this blank
- Multiple request? - If you are submitting multiple requests for delivery and want the packages to be sent in one parcel to minimize delivery costs, select either "first of multiple" or "part of multiple". If you do not want to ship orders together, or are only submitting one delivery request, select "No".
- Click the tick box to confirm you have provided all required information, provide any additional notes should you wish (not required) and click 'Submit'.
