What is it?
A inbound migration involves the transferral of SIMs from an external company into Arkessa and under one of Arkessa’s customers.
What information is required?
The ‘New SIM Owner’ is required to raise the request using our online order form and provide the following information:
- ‘Current SIM Owner’ company name
- Contact details for the ‘Current SIM Owner’
- Mobile Network of the SIMs (one request per Mobile Network)
- SIM, Mobile or Data Numbers
Please note we require one request per Mobile Network, and one request per ‘Current SIM Owner’.
